Dr. Max“No offense to you. I hate dentists.”
Dr. Max hears this a lot when he first meets a patient. He never hears it when the patient leaves.
He knows how to make even the fearful and challenging client feel relaxed. He realizes there’s a person behind that mouth, a person that has unique needs. He reminds his staff of this all the time: “it’s not about teeth. It’s about people.”
Dr. Max is happily married for over 20 years and has three wonderful boys.
He loves the outdoors, his friends and his church.
He is a distinguished graduate of the University of Washington business and dental schools. He is a member of the ADA and King County Dental Society. He uses leading-edge technologies for success and comfort.
Dr. Ken Lo
Tag-teaming with Dr. Max is Dr. Ken – also of University of Washington pedigree.
Dr. Ken is a northwest native originally from Corvallis, OR but spent his formative years in University Place, WA. He received his bachelor’s degree at Pacific Lutheran University and continued his graduate studies at the globally renowned UW School of Dentistry where he graduated with honors-especially pertaining to prosthodontics and pediatrics.
He joins QAHT Dental while bringing nearly a quarter-century of broad clinical experience and skill set as well as countless hours of continuing education, two dental study clubs, and various past(and future) volunteering opportunities!
Highlighting all that are his past several nominations as a Seattle Met Magazine Top Dentist – pretty neat!
Dr. Ken is absolutely thrilled to be a part of the wonderful QAHT Dental family and Queen Anne community and continually looks forward to providing exquisite care for all his patients on a daily basis!
On a personal note, Dr. Ken has been married to his lovely wife for over a decade and enjoys being the parents of a sweet young elementary-age daughter. In his spare time, he really enjoys the fun of parenthood, school volunteering, musical/theater arts, anything outdoor-rec related, as well as a good game of tennis, basketball, or football – provided his knees are up to the task!
